BIRD WATCHING

Bird life in Far North Queensland is considered by many to be the most beautiful and exotic in Australia. Cool Waters Holiday park is uniquely located in a quiet rainforest area with huge trees and flowing freshwater creeks - the perfect environment for birds.

For bird watching enthusiasts, Cool Waters Holiday Park is an excellent venue. From your caravan, tent, or cabin you are able to view the antics of over fifty recognised species of birds. There is an up to date list of all the species which is available from the office.
